Chapter Three

Move

A credential. A next step. A relationship that doesn't end at graduation.

Weavers leave with a real credential toward nursing, allied health, or another care-economy job, and a transcript that proves the skills behind it.

Silvers leave with a new way to put their experience to use, and often a new project of their own.

Your experience is valued and put to use, and you get a little help if you need it.

For the Weaver

You build a relationship with someone who has time to understand you, and you get real skills on a path toward a career AI can't take.

For healthcare

Designed to improve psychological well-being for all participants; some Weavers begin training for a care-related career path.

For youth organizations

Young people receive mentorship, build soft skills, and receive in-person service hours. Some Silvers become adult volunteers.

For senior organizations

Silvers are energized by the in-person connection to younger people in their community, and get support with non-clinical tasks if needed.
